Job Description
Devereux-Arizona's Therapeutic Foster Care Program serves children and adults with significant behavioral and emotional needs. Foster parents are extensively trained to address their individual needs and work with them toward their treatment goals. The position involves licensure inquiries, recruitment, retention, home visits, and monitoring of foster homes. It's a flexible position with opportunities for professional growth.

Requirements

  • HS Diploma or GED with one (1) year work experience in human services (foster care preferred)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field with no minimum experience requirement
  • Valid Arizona Driver's License & pass DMV 36-month history check
  • Current AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card with no restrictions (OR eligibility to obtain with no restrictions)
