Job Description
As the Foster Parent Recruiter, you will develop and implement recruiting strategies to continuously attract and retain new foster parents for Mentor Maryland, a part of the Sevita family.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or Masters degree in social work or Masters in Counseling
  • Three years related experience preferred
  • Child Welfare experience preferred
  • Current driver’s license, car registration, and auto insurance
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task to meet deadlines
  • Effective communication skills to manage relationships
  • Self-motivated and collaborative; a team player
