Requirements
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience operating foundation drill rigs or comparable heavy construction equipment.
- Proven experience working on foundation construction, drilling, earth retention, sitework, or related construction projects.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to identify equipment performance issues.
- Knowledge of construction site safety procedures and OSHA standards.
- Ability to read and interpret project specifications, plans, and field instructions.
- Experience performing routine equipment inspections and preventive maintenance.
- Strong understanding of drilling operations and production requirements.
- Ability to work safely in changing weather and field conditions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable transportation and ability to report to project locations as required.
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
