Role OverviewThe Foundation Equipment Operator is responsible for operating specialized equipment to support foundation construction for utility power infrastructure, including transmission towers, poles, and substations.
What You Will Do
Operate drilling rigs, augers, pile drivers, excavators, and other foundation-related equipment. Perform excavation, drilling, and soil stabilization for deep foundations and anchor systems.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience operating heavy or specialized foundation equipment in construction or utility projects
- Valid driver’s license and applicable equipment operator certifications
- Must have a valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) – Class A
- Knowledge of soil conditions, drilling techniques, and foundation requirements
- Ability to read and follow site plans and instructions
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
- Able to read and communicate effectively in English
- Able to work for extended periods in various locations, when required
- Able to lift in excess of 50 lbs
- Willing to work overtime when requested
- Willing to work outside of the normal work schedule including weekends, holidays, and overtime as required for the position
