Role OverviewThe New York Life Foundation is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Foundation Program & Grants Associate to help advance the Foundation’s grantmaking and partnership work. Working closely with the VP and program leads, this role supports strategic grantmaking, grants administration, RFP processes, grantee coordination, and project management of grantee deliverables.
What You Will Do
Support grant administration, conduct research, draft grant recommendations, track reports and outcomes, and coordinate grantee relationships.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 4+ years of relevant experience in philanthropy, grantmaking, grants administration, nonprofit programs, project coordination, or a related field
- Excellent writing and analytical skills
- Strong project management skills
- Highly detail-oriented and comfortable using grant systems and common tools (Excel/Sheets, SharePoint/Teams, etc.)
- Sound judgment, reliable follow-through, and a collaborative working style

- Salary Range: $65,000-$92,500
