Foundation Repair Foreman

The Foundation Repair Foreman will oversee and lead a team of foundation repair technicians, ensuring the successful execution of foundation repair projects from start to finish. This individual will possess strong leadership abilities, technical expertise in foundation repair techniques, and excellent communication skills to coordinate with the team and clients effectively.

What You Will Do

Lead and manage a team of foundation repair technicians, conduct on-site inspections, utilize foundation repair techniques and equipment, coordinate with clients and stakeholders, train and mentor team members, and maintain accurate records of project documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' experience working in foundation repair or related construction field
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a team of technicians
• In-depth knowledge of foundation repair techniques, including underpinning, slab jacking, pier installation, and soil stabilization methods
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specifications
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, team members, and stakeholders
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to work flexible hours and travel to various job sites as needed
• OSHA certification or willingness to obtain it
• Physical ability to perform manual labor and work in various weather conditions
