Join us as the Founders' Office. We’re a small, fast-moving team of 6, building AI-powered tools that help growers manage millions of plants across thousands of acres. As a part-time employee, you'll work directly with the founding team across the full breadth of startup operations.

Requirements

  • Curious, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and fast context-switching
  • Proficient with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) and eager to learn and use them to automate workflows and move faster
