Job Description
Founding Account Executive - NYC. Build Thera's sales team from ground up, working alongside C-Suite, running full sales cycle for SMBs and startups, and owning outbound prospecting, cold calling, and relationship building across NYC.

Requirements

  • 3 or more years of SDR or BDR experience or at least 1 year of closing experience as an Account Executive
  • Comfortable on the phone, not afraid of rejection, and knows how to personalize outreach in a way that actually lands
  • Organized, consistent with follow up, and curious about fintech, payroll, and how businesses operate
  • Bias toward action and wants to be somewhere early enough that work actually matters
