Role OverviewConfido is a growing AI infrastructure company that powers modern CPG. We're hiring a Founding Account Manager to own expansion across our existing book of business. This is a founding role that will shape how we grow accounts and have direct influence on commercial strategy.
What You Will Do
The Account Manager will upsell and cross-sell, identify expansion signals, build and execute account plans, and run the full commercial cycle on expansion deals. They will also build and maintain strong relationships across each account, conduct regular business reviews, and earn trusted advisor status with key contacts.

Requirements
- 4+ years in Account Management, Sales, or a quota-carrying commercial role at a B2B SaaS company
- Demonstrable experience owning upsell and cross-sell motions
- Strong relationship builder who can earn trust across multiple levels of an organization
- Comfortable with ambiguity and excited by the challenge of building process where none exists
- Familiarity with CPG, retail, or supply chain is a plus
- Data-driven: use pipeline data, usage analytics, and account health signals to prioritize and focus your time
- Excellent communicator: crisp in writing, compelling in person, and able to tailor your message to the audience
