Job Description
We are looking for a Founding AI Engineer who thrives on solving complex challenges to develop and optimize AI agents for testing and monitoring conversational systems.
Requirements
1+ years of experience as an AI Engineer (internship or professional), with proven spikes of excellence.
Hands-on experience building and deploying AI applications in production.
Strong programming skills in Python.
Background in AI evaluation methods, benchmarking frameworks, or observability tools.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related STEM field from a top-tier university (or equivalent academic excellence).
