Role OverviewThe Founding Business Development Representative is an embedded, interim 'founding GTM' for First Round's portfolio companies. The role involves working across 3–5 portfolio companies at a time, defining the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), building target account/contact lists, and launching multi-channel outbound campaigns. The goal is to book meetings for the founder to take from there.
What You Will Do
The responsibilities include serving as the embedded founding BDR for 3–5 portfolio companies simultaneously, defining the ICP with the founder, building and continuously refining target account/contact lists, launching multi-channel outbound campaigns, writing and iterating outbound messaging and sequences, and managing CRM/tracker hygiene.

Requirements
