Role OverviewWe’re looking for a Product Design Lead to help build and scale Maven’s direct-to-consumer healthcare experiences. This role sits at the intersection of consumer growth, healthcare access, product craft, AI-native ways of working, and trust-sensitive design.
What You Will Do
You’ll lead a small team of senior Product Design/UXR practitioners while also owning high-priority product design work yourself. You’ll help define new journeys, shape concepts, prototype, and bring new consumer healthcare offerings to market.
Why It Might Be a Fit
You may be a strong fit if you have 7+ years of product design experience, including complex consumer product journeys and 0→1 product growth. Experience formally managing or leading design teams is also a plus.
Requirements
- 7+ years of product design experience
- Experience formally managing or leading design teams
- Strong hands-on product design craft across UX, prototyping, visual design, mobile apps, and responsive web
- Portfolio showing D2C product design leadership, systems thinking, data-driven decision-making, high-quality execution, and measurable product impact
