Zania is building agentic AI for Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) and is hiring a Founding Growth Marketer to build its lead-generation engine from the ground up.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS demand generation, growth marketing, or revenue marketing
  • Proven experience building marketing funnels and pipelines from scratch at a Seed or Series A startup
  • Deeply data-driven and able to build dashboards to prove the ROI of campaigns
