Job Description
Traba is seeking a Founding GTM Systems Lead to build the connective tissue of their go-to-market engine. This role focuses on integrating, automating, and managing GTM tools and workflows using Salesforce, Marketo, and other systems, directly collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Ops. The ideal candidate will design systems that improve data visibility and forecast accuracy, and will partner with internal teams to scale high-leverage workflows.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in systems, RevOps, or GTM engineering
  • Deep experience with Salesforce and other marketing automation tools
  • Strong understanding of SQL or Light ETL
  • Business-critical automation skills
  • Experience with marketplaces or B2B SaaS is a plus
  • Comfort owning business-critical automations
