Job Description
Respiris is seeking experienced operators to join as Founding Partners, activating and growing markets across the United States. As a Founding Partner, you will build relationships with clients, generate introductions and referrals, and deliver structured coaching to individuals navigating career transitions.
Requirements
Experience as a Head of HR, HRBP, recruiter, advisor, or operator
Generated at least $50,000 in revenue under your own EIN
Understand how to build and manage client relationships
Trusted by senior decision-makers
Comfortable navigating sensitive employee transition moments
Can turn relationships into revenue opportunities
Highly relational and commercially minded
Comfortable using modern tools and AI platforms
Willing to invest time, effort, and capital into building a market
