Job Description
We're a small, talent-dense team looking for a Founding Recruiter to build our recruiting function from the ground up. You'll partner closely with the founders to shape the team that builds our product and company.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience, ideally including early-stage startups or zero-to-one environments
  • Proven experience hiring high-caliber technical, product, or design talent in competitive markets
  • Strong outbound sourcing skills and comfort owning full-cycle recruiting
  • Experience building recruiting processes, interview loops, and evaluation frameworks from scratch
  • Ability to operate with high autonomy, ambiguity, and rapidly changing priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
