Role OverviewAs a Founding Solutions Engineer, you'll own end-to-end customer implementations and ERP integrations while serving as the technical bridge between customers and the internal engineering team. You'll own end-to-end customer implementations from kickoff through production go-live, serve as the primary technical point of contact throughout customer implementations, and lead ERP integration projects.

Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Technical Implementation, Integration Engineering, Technical Consulting, or similar roles
- Experience owning customer-facing technical implementations from kickoff through go-live
- Experience serving as a primary technical point of contact for customers
- Experience working with enterprise software integrations
- Experience working with ERP systems or legacy enterprise applications
- Experience with APIs, SFTP, data mapping, ETL, or similar integration technologies
- Experience troubleshooting customer-facing technical issues
- Strong project management and stakeholder coordination experience
- Experience working closely with engineering teams
- Experience translating customer requirements into technical specifications
- Experience operating in fast-moving or startup environments preferred
- Strong ownership mentality and willingness to take responsibility for implementation outcomes
- Ability to operate independently with limited structure
- Strong technical problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
