Role OverviewJoin The Rustic as a founding team member to help launch a high-volume, high-energy restaurant in The Colony. The role involves delivering warm, knowledgeable service, executing scratch-made menu items, and shaping the culture of the restaurant.
What You Will Do
As a founding team member, you'll go through full opening training, learn the restaurant's standards, and help shape the culture. You'll work in either the Front of House (servers, hosts, bussers) or Back of House (line cooks, prep cooks, dishwashers).
