Job Description
Founding Technical Recruiter for an innovative open source visual AI platform. Responsibilities include full cycle recruiting, building and refining the recruiting engine, and partnering with founders to plan headcount and clarify role scopes. Qualifications include more than 5 years of full cycle technical recruiting experience, experience hiring across engineering, machine learning and artificial intelligence, design, go to market, and general and administrative teams.

Requirements

  • More than 5 years of full cycle technical recruiting experience
  • Experience hiring across engineering, machine learning and artificial intelligence, design, go to market, and general and administrative teams
  • Ability to excel in fast moving early stage environments with ambiguity and rapid iteration
  • Hands on experience building or interest in building a recruiting function from the ground up
  • Strong system design mindset for recruiting including interview frameworks, process creation, and first principles thinking
  • Comfort working with data and speaking in terms of pass through rates, time to offer, and conversion metrics
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence founders and hiring managers with clarity and sound judgment
  • Genuine interest in AI and modern creative tools
  • Ability to build trust across different disciplines and shift context between engineering, go to market, and operations hiring
