Our Client is a company building an innovative open source visual AI platform. Catalyst Labs is a leading talent agency with a specialized vertical in Talent and Recruitment. We are looking for a Founding Technical Recruiter to own full cycle recruiting across engineering, design, go to market, and general and administrative roles.

Requirements

  • More than 5 years of full cycle technical recruiting experience
  • Experience hiring across engineering, machine learning and artificial intelligence, design, go to market, and general and administrative teams
  • Ability to excel in fast moving early stage environments with ambiguity and rapid iteration
  • Hands on experience building or interest in building a recruiting function from the ground up
