Job Description
Our Client has raised seventeen million dollars in funding and is building an innovative open source visual AI platform. They are seeking a Founding Technical Recruiter to build and refine their recruiting engine, source candidates, and partner with founders to plan headcount and hiring standards.

Requirements

  • More than 5 years of full cycle technical recruiting experience
  • Experience hiring across engineering, machine learning and artificial intelligence, design, go to market, and general and administrative teams
  • Strong system design mindset for recruiting
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence founders and hiring managers
  • Genuine interest in AI and modern creative tools
