Founding Technical Recruiter for a leading talent agency, responsible for full cycle recruiting across engineering, design, go to market, and general and administrative roles. Building a recruiting engine and partnering with founders to plan headcount and clarify role scopes.

Requirements

  • More than 5 years of full cycle technical recruiting experience
  • Experience hiring across engineering, machine learning and artificial intelligence, design, go to market, and general and administrative teams
  • Ability to excel in fast moving early stage environments with ambiguity and rapid iteration
