Founding Technical Recruiter for a talent agency with a specialized vertical in Talent and Recruitment. The agency collaborates directly with Founders, CEOs, and Heads of People & Talent who are building high-performance teams, scaling hiring infrastructure, and elevating organizational capability.

Requirements

  • More than 5 years of full cycle technical recruiting experience
  • Experience hiring across engineering, machine learning and artificial intelligence, design, go to market, and general and administrative teams
  • Strong system design mindset for recruiting including interview frameworks, process creation, and first principles thinking
  • Comfort working with data and speaking in terms of pass through rates, time to offer, and conversion metrics
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence founders and hiring managers with clarity and sound judgment
