Requirements

  • 5+ years of full cycle technical recruiting experience
  • Experience hiring across engineering, machine learning, artificial intelligence, design, go to market, and general and administrative teams
  • Ability to excel in fast moving early stage environments
  • Strong system design mindset for recruiting
  • Excellent communication skills
