Our client is a leading talent agency with a specialized vertical in Talent and Recruitment, seeking a Founding Technical Recruiter to own full cycle recruiting across engineering, design, and general and administrative roles. The ideal candidate will have more than 5 years of full cycle technical recruiting experience, experience hiring across engineering, machine learning, and artificial intelligence teams, and ability to excel in fast moving early stage environments.

Requirements

  • More than 5 years of full cycle technical recruiting experience
  • Experience hiring across engineering, machine learning, and artificial intelligence teams
  • Ability to excel in fast moving early stage environments
  • Hands on experience building or interest in building a recruiting function from the ground up
  • Strong system design mindset for recruiting
  • Comfort working with data and speaking in terms of pass through rates, time to offer, and conversion metrics
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence founders and hiring managers
  • Genuine interest in AI and modern creative tools
  • Ability to build trust across different disciplines and shift context between engineering, go to market, and operations hiring
