Job Description
Our Client has raised seventeen million dollars in funding and is building an innovative open source visual AI platform. They are looking for a Founding Technical Recruiter to build and refine the recruiting engine, source creatively, and close high quality candidates.

Requirements

  • More than 5 years of full cycle technical recruiting experience
  • Experience hiring across engineering, machine learning and artificial intelligence, design, go to market, and general and administrative teams
  • Strong system design mindset for recruiting including interview frameworks, process creation, and first principles thinking
  • Ability to excel in fast moving early stage environments with ambiguity and rapid iteration
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence founders and hiring managers with clarity and sound judgment
  • Genuine interest in AI and modern creative tools
