Job Description
We are seeking a Founding Technical Recruiter to join our team in San Francisco. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of full cycle technical recruiting experience and be able to excel in fast-moving early-stage environments. The recruiter will be responsible for building and refining the recruiting engine, sourcing high-quality candidates, and closing deals.

Requirements

  • More than 5 years of full cycle technical recruiting experience
  • Experience hiring across engineering, machine learning and artificial intelligence, design, go to market, and general and administrative teams
  • Ability to excel in fast moving early stage environments with ambiguity and rapid iteration
  • Hands on experience building or interest in building a recruiting function from the ground up
  • Strong system design mindset for recruiting including interview frameworks, process creation, and first principles thinking
  • Comfort working with data and speaking in terms of pass through rates, time to offer, and conversion metrics
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence founders and hiring managers with clarity and sound judgment
  • Genuine interest in AI and modern creative tools
  • Ability to build trust across different disciplines and shift context between engineering, go to market, and operations hiring
