Requirements

  • 2–5 years of high-bar technical recruiting experience at a Series A–C startup OR Recruitment Agency
  • Comfortable working 5-days a week in the office
  • Proven track record of 2–3 engineering hires per month
  • Deep experience with high-volume outbound sourcing and staying tapped into the hottest talent pools
  • Grit - willing to work 9-9-5
