Role OverviewAs a store team leader, you'll help the store manager and assistant manager run the store day to day, overseeing daily store operations, processing transactions, and managing employee relations.
What You Will Do
You'll be responsible for running all store operations in the absence of the store manager or assistant manager, processing transactions accurately, managing cash operations, and handling customer disputes.

Requirements
- Six or more months of retail sales experience
- Strong judgment, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Strong organization and time management
- Knowledge of merchandise such as name brand, antiques, vintage, and collectibles
- Experience with computers
- First aid and CPR certification
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
