Role OverviewThe Assistant Store Manager supports the selling, service, and operations of the store to achieve an inspiring environment founded on fitness, wellness, and happiness. This includes collaborating with others, supporting store processes and visual needs, and development of the team.
What You Will Do
Deliver a seamless, omni-channel shopping and event experience through understanding and utilization of MPOS, POS, and FP App. Guide the team to prioritize the customer service and styling recommendations to drive metrics and achieve store goals.
