Job Description
The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Analyst supports the FP&A Manager in developing and executing South Metro Fire Rescue’s budgeting, forecasting and procurement strategies consistent with organizational values. This position performs financial and business analyses to provide insights and recommendations that drive the financial performance of SMFR.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance, or a closely related field
  • Minimum of four (4) years of increasingly responsible experience in accounting or finance
  • Experience in governmental accounting preferred
  • Possess and maintain a valid Colorado Driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
  • Must obtain CPR certification within one (1) year of hire
