Job Description
We are looking for a FP&A & Data Analyst II to join our Financial Planning & Analysis team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Data Science, and 3-7 years of experience in data analysis or a finance-related role. The role will involve delivering meaningful financial and operational analytics, analyzing financial systems and data processes, and supporting monthly financial reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Data Science
  • 3-7 years of experience in data analysis or a finance-related role
  • Experience using analytical tools such as SQL, R, Python, and/or BI360 to analyze data
  • Experience with business intelligence and visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, QlikView, Alteryx.
  • Finance/Accounting experience and knowledge of accounting systems.
  • Experience with financial statement analysis, cash flow, financial metrics and general ledger is desired.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with budgeting software and general ledger accounting systems.
  • Demonstrated experience managing deadlines with a strong sense of urgency and across multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication skills with an ability to interface effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented with demonstrated experience working with diverse data sources.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, maturity of judgement and comfort with on-demand, independent problem solving and/or to seek support when required.
