Role OverviewThe FP&A Manager will lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities to support strategic decision-making within a manufacturing environment. This role partners closely with operations, commercial sales, and executive leadership to drive performance, improve profitability, and enhance financial visibility across the business unit, while ensuring strong internal controls and compliance with financial policies and regulations.
What You Will Do
Lead the annual budgeting process, develop and maintain financial models, deliver timely financial reporting packages, analyze variances, and monitor key manufacturing KPIs.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of progressive FP&A experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment, and a strong understanding of standard costing, inventory valuation, and key operational metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 5–7 years of progressive FP&A experience
- Prior manufacturing experience
- Experience with internal controls, audit processes, and compliance frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
- Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
