Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic, highly technical and commercially savvy FP&A Principal to lead financial planning and analysis across both our Digital and Campus entities in the US and UK. You will report to the CFO and will work closely with senior leadership, including the CEO, and interface with the board and prospective investors to ensure that strong financial modelling and data driven insights guide decision-making and that strategic priorities are translated into measurable financial plans.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven FP&A experience, ideally in a high-growth, multi-entity or international organization
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate financial insights into business strategy
  • Expert Excel modelling and financial planning skills; experience with planning tools and systems a plus
  • Deep understanding of income statements, balance sheets, cash flow, and working capital dynamics
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; capable of influencing prospective investors and working on transactions with the FM&A team
