FP&A Specialist

The FP&A Specialist will work independently and asynchronously to construct FP&A scenarios, build tasks, and develop scenarios using FP&A platforms, BI tools, and ERP systems. The role requires applying FP&A methodologies to produce reference financial models and business case analyses. The Specialist will work on improving AI model performance while meeting deadlines.

What You Will Do

The main day-to-day responsibilities include constructing FP&A scenarios, building tasks, developing scenarios, applying FP&A methodologies, and authoring rubrics. The Specialist will also work on improving AI model performance and meeting deadlines.

To be a fit for this role, you must have 5+ years of experience as an FP&A leader, Director of FP&A, or CFO at a major company. You should also have direct ownership of budgeting cycles, forecasting models, or capital allocation decisions. Fluency in FP&A tooling and understanding of corporate finance and financial modeling best practices are also required.
