Job Description
Turning the Corner HR is seeking a part-time Fractional HR Director to support their growing client base. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of HR leadership experience, preferably in a consulting or multi-client environment. The role will involve working directly with clients to address people problems, providing strategic HR advice, and navigating labor laws.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of HR leadership experience
  • SPHR, PHR, SHRM-SCP, or similar certification preferred
  • Ability to navigate federal, state, and local labor laws (Colorado required, other states preferred)
  • Experience providing strategic HR advice to owners, executives, and other business leaders
  • Deep experience providing management coaching to leaders
  • Passion for people and the role that HR plays in helping people love their job
