Role Overview

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to consistent quality, accurate measurements, and efficient work habits. This role involves cutting and assembling wood frames for custom upholstered furniture, as well as general carpentry to create other wood components.

What You Will Do

Measure, cut, and assemble solid hardwood frames for custom upholstered furniture, fabricate wood components, operate woodworking machinery and hand tools, and install blocking and reinforcement.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in furniture framing or carpentry, ideally in high-end or custom furniture production
  • Experience with precise measuring, cutting, and assembly, and familiarity with hardwoods, plywood, and other materials commonly used in furniture construction
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
  • Ability to work efficiently and independently while communicating clearly and working well as part of a team
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred but not required
