Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Foreman to oversee and support framing crews across multiple active jobsites throughout Arizona. This position is responsible for coordinating framing crews, maintaining production and quality standards, supporting jobsite schedules, and ensuring crews have the materials, equipment, and direction needed to perform efficiently.

What You Will Do

Oversee framing crews across multiple jobsites, coordinate manpower and crew assignments, ensure framing work stays on schedule, maintain quality standards, enforce jobsite safety requirements, and coordinate materials, tools, and equipment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of wood-frame construction experience
  • Previous experience as a Framing Foreman or similar leadership role
  • Multifamily framing experience strongly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of wood-frame construction methods and sequencing
  • Ability to read and understand construction plans and details
  • Proven ability to lead and coordinate framing crews
  • Strong understanding of jobsite safety and quality standards
  • Ability to coordinate manpower, materials, tools, and equipment
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage priorities across multiple active jobsites
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to travel between jobsites throughout Arizona
