Role OverviewThe Franchise Business Coach is the main point of contact between the brand and the franchisees, responsible for supporting franchisees in various aspects of their franchise operations. They work in partnership with franchisees to identify areas of opportunities and improvement plans to drive results. The FBC will train franchisees on various topics, tools, and systems.
What You Will Do
Actively support 125 to 150 franchisees, prioritize support across assigned territory, coordinate and lead regular business reviews, build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees, and conduct deep-dive financial reviews.
