Franchise Business Consultant

Requirements

• Serve as a senior business strategist and advisor to franchise owners and leadership teams
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis (P&L, revenue streams, margins, and key performance indicators) to identify opportunities and implement data-driven strategies
• Lead the development and execution of sales, marketing, and customer retention programs
• Partner with corporate leadership to ensure consistent brand excellence, operational alignment, and high standards across all locations
• Identify and champion operational improvements across staffing, inventory optimization, service delivery, and overall guest experience
