Role Overview

The Franchise Business Consultant serves as a strategic advisor and coach to a portfolio of franchisees within the Outdoor Lighting Perspectives brand. This role provides operational guidance, financial coaching, sales and marketing alignment, training support, sourcing and pricing analysis, and process improvements to drive performance and long-term success.

What You Will Do

Conduct site audits, evaluate profitability, track key performance indicators, provide ongoing coaching, maintain structured meeting cadence, facilitate Level 10 Meetings, identify root causes of operational challenges, develop data-driven action plans, and lead execution for measurable improvement.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in franchising operations, franchisee coaching, business consulting, or a related field
  • Bachelors degree in business or a related field (preferred)
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to develop and implement effective solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Analytically minded with the ability to evaluate performance data to identify growth opportunities
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and stay composed under pressure
