Job Description
The Title III Project Director is a full-time, grant-funded leadership role responsible for the overall management, implementation, and evaluation of Project FRANCIS at FranU. The Project Director ensures compliance with federal regulations, oversees project personnel, manages budgets, coordinates activities across departments, and drives the achievement of grant objectives to improve student retention, success, and graduation rates in pre-clinical and clinical healthcare programs.
