Job Description
Join Whatnot, the largest live shopping platform in North America and Europe, as a Fraud Agent to investigate and develop solutions to prevent and mitigate fraud on the platform.

Requirements

  • Regularly review sources of potential fraud on a daily basis to support the company in preventing financial losses
  • Conduct in-depth transaction-level reviews to assist with chargebacks and disputes from customers
  • Investigate cases of fraud and brainstorm solutions to reduce fraud in the long-term
  • Communicate with customers in response to inquiries related to fraud or potential fraud
  • Work with the team to develop fraud prevention measures that are mindful of the impact on good user experience while inhibiting fraud actors' ability to reach our platform
