Job Description
Join Whatnot, the largest live shopping platform in North America and Europe, as a Fraud Agent to investigate and develop solutions to prevent and mitigate fraud on the platform.
Requirements
Regularly review sources of potential fraud on a daily basis to support the company in preventing financial losses
Conduct in-depth transaction-level reviews to assist with chargebacks and disputes from customers
Investigate cases of fraud and brainstorm solutions to reduce fraud in the long-term
Communicate with customers in response to inquiries related to fraud or potential fraud
Work with the team to develop fraud prevention measures that are mindful of the impact on good user experience while inhibiting fraud actors' ability to reach our platform
