Role OverviewAs a Fraud Detections Representative, you'll work onsite in Charlotte, NC, providing white glove support to customers of an asset and wealth management company. You'll review and analyze cases to prevent and detect fraud, protecting people and businesses from fraudulent activities.

You'll answer incoming calls, monitor and analyze transactions, navigate multiple technologies, and utilize analytical skills to identify patterns and irregularities. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year or more of fraud or investigations experience
- Strong understanding of the customer service experience
- Analytical and solutions-oriented mindset
- Computer experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
