Job Description
The Fraud Investigator I is responsible for conducting thorough investigations into suspected fraudulent activities and managing the reporting process. This position plays a critical role in protecting the financial well-being of members and safeguarding Credit Union assets.

Requirements

  • Conducts detailed investigations on suspected fraudulent activity
  • Manages a high volume of fraud-related cases
  • Utilizes internal systems, databases, and open-source tools to research account activity
  • Prepares detailed investigative reports
  • Collaborates with local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies
  • Delivers fraud awareness and prevention training across the organization
