Job Description
Suno is seeking a Fraud Operations Manager to build and lead their payment integrity function from scratch. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in fraud analysis, risk operations, or trust & safety, and management experience in leading or growing a payment-integrity focused team or program. The role involves building fraud detection logic, investigating fraud patterns, defining Suno-specific fraud vectors, and shaping the dispute response process.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in fraud analysis, risk operations, or trust & safety at a consumer company
  • Management experience in leading or growing a payment-integrity focused team or program
  • Hands-on Stripe Radar experience or deep familiarity with a comparable rule-based fraud decisioning platform
  • SQL and data fluency
  • Depth in the payment dispute lifecycle
  • Track record of building detection logic that measurably reduced fraud rates
