Role OverviewThis is a hybrid position with occasional in-office days required. The Fraud Specialist will review and analyze fraud reports, risk alerts, and various reports to reduce the level of risk exposure to members. They will also process fraud claims according to policies and regulations.
What You Will Do
Assist members/branch/departments with Fraud related questions via phone and email. Contact members to verify transactions for alerts received from various fraud detection systems. Review and analyze fraud trends to determine possible member exposure to fraud.

The ideal candidate will have one to two years of similar or related experience, a High School diploma, GED, or other equivalent, and experience in the financial industry. They will also have good working knowledge of accounting practices and principles, excellent communication and organizational skills, and proficiency with business machinery and Microsoft Office.
