Role OverviewJoin the Fraud Strategy team at Félix, responsible for detecting, deciding on, and preventing fraud across every product, payment rail, and country. The team sits at the intersection of Data Science, Product, Operations, and Risk.
What You Will Do
Own fraud strategy for the card issuance program end-to-end, design and own authorization decisioning for card transactions, and build the cardholder fraud lifecycle.
Why It Might Be a Fit
This is a build role, where you'll turn our vendor's area-of-responsibility split into a real decisioning architecture, and design the authorization strategy using the full toolkit. You'll partner with Product and Engineering to embed controls into the card issuance and wallet funding/spend flow directly.
Requirements
- 4–7+ years in fraud/risk strategy
- Direct, hands-on experience in card authorization decisioning
- Working knowledge of card network mechanics
- Experience working with or evaluating BaaS / program-manager card issuing vendors
- Advanced SQL
- Demonstrated bias toward product and action-based fraud controls
- Strong cross-functional communication
- Advanced English
