In partnership with a high-performing team, you will create impact with in-store events and ensure that the store consistently achieves high standards of visual merchandising to stand out against competitors.
What You Will Do
Deliver personalized, high-quality customer service and beauty consultations to in-store customers. Execute visual merchandising displays and maintain presentation standards across the retail floor. Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement.

Requirements
- Experience / Skills: Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment.
- Work Authorization: Ability to provide proof of legal authorization to work in the United States upon hire/interview.
