Job Description
We're seeking a Freelance Visual Merchandising Designer to bring our brand to life across physical retail and experiential touchpoints. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, a deep understanding of beauty retail, and hands-on experience creating for third-party retailers, in-store visual merchandising, and event environments.

Requirements

  • 4–5 years of design experience, with direct experience in the beauty industry required
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating work across third-party retail, visual merchandising, in-store display, and/or event design
  • Experience designing for beauty environments, with an understanding of how brands show up within retail footprints such as Sephora, Ulta, specialty retail, and branded events
  • Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
  • Solid understanding of print production, fabrication, and pre-press requirements
  • Ability to balance creative thinking with technical precision and real-world execution
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
  • Comfortable working with external vendors, print suppliers, and production partners to ensure creative integrity through final output
